2. Service Agreement

Before we begin recruiting, we’ll finalize a service agreement based on your project scope, schedule, and staffing needs.

  • This agreement outlines bill rates, hourly premiums, per diem, and travel pay, giving you full transparency upfront.

3. Construction Recruiting & Candidate Presentation

There’s no upfront charge for our recruiting services or presenting candidates. We’ll source skilled, vetted tradesmen from our nationwide database and active workforce pool.

  • You’re not required to hire anyone we present.

  • If a candidate on-site isn’t the right fit, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Payroll, Insurance & Billing (Temporary to Permanent)

All tradesmen remain on our payroll — we handle wages, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and insurance so you don’t have to. You only pay the hourly premium for the actual man-hours worked, as outlined in your service agreement:

  • The premium includes the employee’s base wage, payroll taxes, and our service fee.

  • If your project offers travel pay or per diem, we pass that through directly with no markup.

  • The only leadership responsibilities you manage on-site are your supervisors and foremen — we handle the rest.

However, if your company already has an established hiring or onboarding process, we can integrate with it or allow you to handle those steps internally — whichever works best for you.

After 1,000 working hours, you have the option to transition any of our tradesmen to your full-time payroll at no additional cost. If you prefer, you can also buy out any temporary employee at any time. Additionally, we offer direct placement services, giving you the flexibility to hire any candidate we present as a full-time employee immediately.

Yes. ITS supports contractors nationwide and is also one of the few staffing companies insured to support projects outside of the United States, including Mexico and other nearby regions.
